Is the tour suitable for vegetarians, vegans, pregnant women, etc.?
Our guided tours visit animal producers and cheese makers. If you have dietary restrictions, we recommend our personalized tours.

Is there a lot of walking to do?
We usually have very little walking to do. However, we recommend that you wear appropriate shoes for uneven and agricultural terrain.

How should I prepare?
Dress according to the weather conditions and wear good shoes, Charlevoix can have capricious weather. Also, we recommend having cash on hand, although all shops accept card payments, some prefer cash.

Can I take the tour even if I have food allergies?
Sure ! You can inform us of your allergies directly in the online booking form. It is important to always mention your allergies and identify yourself well with the guide. ​

Should I leave a tip?
Although it is not obligatory, the tip is the expression of your satisfaction towards the person who accompanied you throughout your visit.
At the end of your tour, if you think your guide did an outstanding job, a tip is appreciated. The amount is entirely at your discretion, as a guide $10-20 per person can be used.
